Marketing ManagerSeeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute data-driven B2B marketing strategies that drive growth across Asia, with a key emphasis on capitalizing on the rapidly expanding market in Taiwan. As the main POC for marketing activities/projects in Asia, this role involves managing multi-channel campaigns, leveraging your bilingual skills (English/Mandarin) to effectively communicate with local partners and other key stakeholders, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with global teams to ensure brand consistency.Be at the heart of Dematic's expansion across the rapidly growing Asian market, especially in the strategic Taiwan region As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, lead impactful multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with key stakeholders to make a real difference in the Materials Handling/Automation industry. Join us todayKey responsibilities include:Develop and execute marketing strategy for Asia (ex-China) in collaboration with Asia Management and Sales, APAC and Global Marketing teams.Develop and manage annual Asia Marketing Budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.Content: Develop strategic messaging, case studies, thought leadership, press releases and other key content, collaborating with local and regional subject matter experts and management.Press: Build and maintain relationships with key press, manage PR agencies and ensure content is featured in the Asia press with maximum reach in target markets.Digital: Ensure websites are aligned with local requirements, manage EDMs and emerging digital marketing strategies for maximum targeted reach and engagement.Social: Develop and disseminate social media across key platforms to ensure maximum reach and engagement, particularly key target markets.Events: Responsible for all event activities in Asia including webinars, conferences, tradeshows and hybrid/online events.Augment marketing activities with marketing automation and AI to drive efficiencies and maximize results.Collaborate with sales teams to develop, organize, and manage virtual and in-person marketing campaigns and events to generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.Track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights.As part of APAC regional marketing team deliver internal marketing activities in the APAC region, including employee email communications, and Town Halls.Travel regionally as required to support marketing initiatives.What we are looking for:Marketing Management ExperienceDemonstrated IT and digital competencyExcellent project and time management skills, able to multi-task under pressure.Skilled in social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, website analytics, and digital advertising platforms.Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills to support marketing efforts in Taiwan, working closely with the marketing team in China; proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends and opportunities.Proficient in marketing automation tools, Marketo, Power BI and CMS.Competence in the Adobe Creative SuiteCreative and detail orientedProactive team player with ability to work well independently.To work closely with Regional and Global Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with regional and global corporate messaging across all platforms.Must be willing and able to travel.Qualifications and skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.Professional certification in Media, Marketing or Communication skillsProblem-solving experienceBudget development and managementStrong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing related field, in-house or agency.Demonstrated track record in events management and content creation.Regional exposure across AsiaBackground in automation, supply chain, or engineering industries is a plus.
