Role-Endpoint Developer

Location-Berkeley Heights, NJ, United States


“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$95,000] to [$110,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.”


Responsibilities


  • As the AMER Endpoint Developer Technical Resource, you will:
  • Design and build new scripts and applications to remediate known endpoint issues and enhance the user experience.
  • Improve and maintain existing remediation scripts.
  • Develop processes for exporting data by leveraging API calls to our endpoint management systems (Intune, SCCM, Tanium, Azure, Graph API, Citrix, ServiceNow).
  • Implement all development using a DevOps process, utilizing CI/CD pipelines within a Scrum Agile framework.
  • Build and maintain scripts and processes to automate creating and modifying ServiceNow tickets based on KPIs that drive endpoint compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, Applications) to ensure seamless integration of end-user computing solutions with other systems and platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and develop comprehensive technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Build automation solutions to manage all facets of the end-user computing environment.
  • Create custom reports using SQL, Microsoft Graph API, KQL, and Power BI.
  • Proactively identify and address significant bugs or issues impacting the user experience through automation scripts, and documenting processes for support teams.
