Job Title: Staff Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Dialysis Nurse, Chronic Job Duration: 13-week assignment Shift: DNR 36 Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with previous dialysis experience preferred. Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing is preferred. License: Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or a Compact Nurse license. Certifications: Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card from the American Heart Association. Must-Have: Active WA RN license required. Job Description: - Oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients. - Provide education to patients and supervise Dialysis Technicians. - Adjust treatment plans according to standing orders. - Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications as needed. - Participate in quality improvement projects. - Collaborate with other members of the patient's care team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists. - Be flexible to work any shift schedule depending upon staffing needs. Candidates will work across multiple clinic locations as needed. Please ensure candidates have the necessary licenses and certifications before applying. No holiday coverage is required.
