Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Play Therapist at East Cobb Counseling in Marietta, GA. As a Registered Play Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting play therapy sessions with clients, creating treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining client records. You will help clients, especially children, explore their emotions and address psychological challenges through play-based interventions.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential or working towards your certification
  • Experience in conducting play therapy sessions with children and adolescents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
