Home Care Assistance is urgently hiring experienced caregivers for elderly adults. Our mission is to “Change the way the World Ages,” and hire caregivers who are passionate about providing quality care that enables seniors to live happier, healthier lives in their own home.

 Seeking experienced Live-in caregivers for elderly clients in surrounding areas of Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton, PA.  

Our caregiver's support mental stimulation for clients with cognitive impairment by encouraging them to engage in puzzles, games, and books. They will also provide personal care, medication reminders, assist with bathing/dressing, and drive the client to appointments.

Job Requirements:

Past caregiving experience (either professionally or with family members), is preferred.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and car insurance.
Ability to pass a background check and start within one week.
Excellent references from past employers and supervisors.
Current 2 step PPD, QuantiFERON gold or chest x-ray.

Caregiver Responsibilities: 

Assist client with daily living activities.
Provide transfers and gait assistance, when required.
Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Work one-on-one with the client, enhancing their quality of life.
