Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Boston, MA for a Certified Nursing Assistant. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. The responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.


Qualifications

  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with ADL's
  • Accompany clients to appointments, daily activities, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Memory Care, Dementia, and Alzheimers
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move, bathe, and dress patients
  • Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Ability to prepare meals and maintain client's shopping lists
