As a Talent Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to find the best candidates for our clients' open positions. You will work closely with our recruiting teams, building contacts, sourcing candidates, and ensuring the success of our client engagements.


How You Will Grow:

  • Recruiting Experience: Collaborate with client leads to understand ideal candidate profiles and source Perfect Fit candidates. Maintain candidate contact information, manage the candidate pipeline, and provide real-time reporting for each client.
  • Honing Your Professional Skills: Reach out to candidates with personalized messages, schedule phone screens, and follow up strategically to ensure engagement. Engage in continuous learning opportunities, industry training, and personal development initiatives
  • Team Support: Work with the Team Lead to manage individual attainment hours, complete assigned tasks, and ensure daily updates of capacity tracking and reports.
