The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, working anytime between the hours of 8am-5pm, with an occasional Saturday. Some overnights between 8pm-8am may be required. Hours are below, and growth opportunities internally with CROSSMARK./ppWorking Location: Multiple Retail Stores/ppMUST LIVE IN EITHER DAPHNE OR SPANISH FORT/ppAddress: (Can cover stores up to a 40 mi radius)/ppWork Schedule:/pp Very flexible, part-time schedule./pp Must be available to work on average 21-25 hours a week./pp Must have some open availability to work anytime between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday./pp NOTE: Work hours will vary, and some weekend work may be required/pp Must be willing to travel up to a 40-50 radius from your home./ppThe associate will be regularly required to:/pp Build Displays, Perform Resets/pp Stand for long periods of time, Bend, Stoop, Climb ladders/pp Lift between 30-50 pounds/pp Use basic hand and power tools/pp Schedules tasks on weekly basis to meet execution objectives/pp Executes retail merchandising tasks as scheduled/pp Performs stores/tasks in efficient/cost effective manner/pp Accurately reports all completed retail tasks via the appropriate designated systems on the day the work is performed./pp Communicates effectively with store personnel regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions, and client/sales plan objectives/pp Completes required training and certification programs./pp Engage every work day with CROSSMARKS communication tools for the purpose of accurately planning, reporting, and reviewing work./pp Ability to implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned./pp Flexibility to participate in team scheduled tasks and clients work-withs./pp Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and to develop a professional working relationship with store management, associates and other merchandising companies to effectively meet company and client objectives./pp Insures proper maintenance on all company equipment./pp Follows company policies, procedures, and position responsibilities./ppThis role is not expected to exceed more than 20 hours per week, although the company does maintain the discretion to change the role based on the needs of the business and/or the client.
