In this entry-level role, you will conduct material durability and weathering tests, record and interpret data, and communicate findings directly to clients over the phone. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with an interest in science (biology, chemistry, or related fields) to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced testing and services environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct standardized material durability and weathering tests in accordance with lab procedures.Accurately record and document test results using internal systems.Interpret basic test findings and communicate them clearly and professionally to clients via phone or email.Provide technical explanations of test procedures and results to non-technical audiences.Coordinate with the lab team and clients to ensure timely updates and resolution of questions or issues.Support the sales team in maintaining client relationships and identifying follow-up testing needs.Maintain a clean and organized testing environment and follow all safety protocols.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred (any field); coursework or interest in biology, chemistry, or materials science a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Comfort speaking with clients by phone and explaining technical results in a clear, friendly manner.Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures and accurately document findings.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work collaboratively in a lab and office environment.$18 - $22 an hour
