Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Radiologist to fill an opening with a Primary Care facility located in Valley Stream, New York.


Requirements of the Radiologist:

  • Must have an active NY State License
  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible


Benefits of the Radiologist:

  • The salary for this position is $75 - $100 / reading
  • This is a Full-time or a Part-time position

Responsibilities of the Radiologist:

  • Evaluate patients’ medical histories to ensure the various medical imaging procedures will not harm them.
  • Suggest alternative medical imaging techniques, when necessary.
  • Inform patients about the medical imaging process.
  • Use devices such as computer tomography (CT) scanners and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machines.
  • Perform or direct radiology staff to carry out image-guided, diagnostic procedures.
  • Work with radiology lab technicians to perfect image quality.
  • Interpret the results from diagnostic imaging procedures to determine diagnoses.
  • Communicate and discuss results and diagnoses with physicians.
  • Compile written reports of results and diagnoses.
  • Follow medical protocols for resuscitation, bleeding, infection, or other emergency situations, when necessary
