Senior Fp&A AnalystA leading biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to provide advanced financial, analytical, and budgetary support across R&D development programs. This role will serve as a strategic finance business partner and play a critical role in portfolio-level analysis, reporting, and governance. This role requires very strong technical and data visualization skills.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as lead Finance Business Partner across multiple development programsLead budgeting and forecasting cycles, including template design and managementBuild and maintain clinical study estimation tools and program-level financial modelsDeliver high-quality financial reports and insights to development teams and executive leadershipPerform complex financial analytics, including NPV, IRR, ROI, and scenario modelingPartner with program leads to manage all financial aspects of assigned programsMonitor study actuals monthly and ensure accurate expense allocationConduct in-depth variance analysis and provide recommendations to leadershipDrive financial analyses for portfolio governance meetingsSupport ad hoc strategic projects and analysesQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or ConsultingIndustry experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Biotech, or Clinical Studies preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Alteryx; Power BI/Tableau a plusDemonstrated ability to build high-level executive presentations in PowerPointStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with Hyperion Essbase is a plusRequirementsFinancial AnalysisFinancial ModelingVariance AnalysisAd Hoc Financial AnalysisData Mining TechniquesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Budgeting - ForecastingScenario modelingForecasting & ModelingCash Flow AnalysisComplex Financial AnalysisComplex Financial ModelsMicrosoft Power BITableauOracle Hyperion EssbaseAlteryx
