Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction to lead ground-up and interior finish-out projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, technical expertise, and proactive communication to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery. This commercial contractor has won numerous awards such as Best Places To Work and is ranked one of the fastest GC's in the southwest. ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of assigned construction projects (budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety)Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and field staff to manage expectations and resolve challengesPrepare, review, and manage project budgets, contracts, change orders, and RFIsEnsure compliance with project documents, timelines, and safety regulationsLead weekly project meetings and maintain updated reporting for stakeholdersCoordinate subcontractor performance and oversee project logisticsManage closeout processes including punch lists and warranty documentationQualifications3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (K-12, retail, office, religious, or municipal work preferred)Proven track record managing projects from $10M to $30M+Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management tools, and safety standardsProficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and other industry platformsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and holidaysCollaborative and growth-oriented work environment
