Job Description: Position Summary: Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, HSL Healthcare Services, the Senior Financial Analyst plays an important analytic and reporting role focused on the financial operations of Hebrew Rehabilitation Center and Hebrew SeniorLife. The focus of the Senior Financial Analyst's role will be net revenue budgeting and reporting, charge master maintenance, revenue submissions for annual cost reports. This position plays an important analytic and reporting role focused on the financial operations of Hebrew Rehabilitation Center and Hebrew SeniorLife Position Responsibilities: • Analyze and prepare month-end entries related to net revenue • Assist in year-end audit related to revenue. • Prepare and analyze monthly net revenue reports • Prepare annual net revenue budget • Maintain charge master, particularly annual code changes • Prepare revenue-related schedules for cost reports • Perform other related duties as required or as responsibilities dictate. • Use and support database applications and analytical tools to develop reports to analyze performance and opportunities by service line, sub service lines, ACO and bundle payment initiatives. • Ad Hoc Analysis as necessary Qualifications:BA Degree, Business or Quantitative Analysis subject matter required, Masters' degree preferred Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Access (or similar database experience), and financial systems. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Remote Type Salary Range: $85,097.00 - $127,644.00
