We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from project entitlements and preliminary design through construction documents and construction administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Expected Base Salary: $90000 to $120000 based on experience.
  • Possible Signing Bonus based on experience.
  • Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
  • Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance.
  • Hybrid work schedule (subject to change).
  • 401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching with 9% Employee Contribution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration required
  • Registration in Georgia preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional land development experience in the design of life sciences commercial office higher education mixeduse residential healthcare municipal and/or Federal projects including:
    • Managing multiple concurrent projects
    • Leading design team efforts
    • Successfully managing project budgets and schedules
    • Interfacing with a multidiscipline design team
    • Mentoring junior staff
  • Technical experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations technical studies mapping documents preparation and processing of civil construction documents and earthwork calculations
  • Stormwater experience in Georgia and Southeast USA preferred
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Specification preparation experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to foster long term client relationships
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Metro Atlanta experience and relationships a plus

Expected Salary Range $90000 to $120000
