We're looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist who brings precision, persistence, and advanced technical expertise to support our growing manufacturing business in an onsite role.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full AR cycle, including invoicing, cash applications, and collectionsMonitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balancesReconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepanciesPartner with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely billingSupport month-end close and audit preparationMaintain compliance with internal controls and financial policiesContribute to process improvements that enhance cash flow and customer experienceQualifications:3+ years of AR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution settingAdvanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)Excellent communication, follow-through, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive compensationComprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and growth opportunitiesSupportive, team-oriented culturePay Details: $27.00 to $33.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
