Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers (Azure).
  • Configure and maintain network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls).
  • Oversee storage solutions and ensure secure, regular backups.
  • Implement new software and systems as directed.
  • Test disaster recovery plans periodically.
  • Create, manage, and delete user accounts in Microsoft 365 and other systems.
  • Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices (Windows, MacOS).
  • Provide technical support to end-users.
  • Track and manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues.
  • Assist users with device setup, application access, and connectivity issues.
  • Provide remote support using ConnectWise Control.
  • Implement security measures using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, firewalls, and encryption.
  • Manage user permissions and access controls with Microsoft Entra ID & Conditional Access.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Generate reports on system performance and security incidents.
  • Assist with architecture, maintenance, security, and administration of our internal Microsoft 365 Environment, Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Provide corporate systems administration and security for several SaaS & cloud services.
  • Support office systems such as audio/video, phones, network, printer, etc.
  • Assist with onboarding and setup of new employees.
  • Research and provide input on new and existing IT solutions.
  • Provide user education to employees on new or changing tools and technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in information technology/information security, or relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years in IT Support, Systems Administration, and Information Security.
  • 1-2 years experience in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) & Microsoft 365 Administration.
  • Broad knowledge of IT hardware, software, and current technologies.
  • Proficient in managing servers and network infrastructure.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune (formerly Endpoint Manager)
  • Certifications from Azure (Fundamentals) and CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Net+ Preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • High user satisfaction focus, team-oriented and collaborative
  • Resourceful and independent in researching IT topics and issues.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision needed.
