This is a high-impact role for professionals with hands-on experience in utility-scale solar construction and a passion for delivering quality and safety.What You'll DoLead and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring timely and high-quality installations of solar tracking systems.Collaborate with subcontractors, electricians, and labor crews to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and maintain safety compliance.Interpret civil, structural, and electrical schematics to support installation workflows.Conduct and document safety meetings in alignment with OSHA standards.Support project planning including material takeoffs, sequencing, and subcontractor scope reviews.Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.Provide technical guidance on electrical and mechanical components to field teams.What We're Looking For4+ years of experience in utility-scale solar construction, with 2+ years in a leadership role (Superintendent, Lead Foreman, or QC Manager).Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction reporting tools.Excellent problem-solving and construction math skills.Proven leadership and client relationship management.Willingness to travel nationwide up to 100% of the time.Why Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven company shaping the future of solar energy.
