Condominium Law Group, a well-established north Seattle law firm, seeks an associate attorney to join our growing team of smart, engaged, versatile professionals who are experts in community association law. You will engage with clients in a practice that combines transactional work with alternative dispute resolution and some litigation. This role will be in-person for training when you begin, but has the potential for a flexible, hybrid schedule long-term.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret governing documents for our community association clients.
  • Revise documents to be more clear and to cultivate the community's goals.
  • Advise boards and managers on wide-ranging issues including construction contracts, disputes among neighbors, responsibility for costs, and more.
  • Handle client meetings and, when needed, court hearings.
  • Review, revise, and/or draft contracts, loan documents, and more.


Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction industry a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Proficiency and comfort with technology.
