About the job Primary Care Physician Position Overview Were seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive care to a medically complex, primarily elderly population. This role offers the chance to work within an integrated model that blends medical and social care, allowing for a more holistic, proactive approach to primary care. Whether your background is in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics, you'll play a vital role in improving quality of life through continuity, compassion, and coordination.
