We hire the best and the brightest from across the country constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of a wide range of turn-key mechanical and/or process piping projects including; estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparationGather project requirements directly from clients and facilitate preparation of working drawingsWork both independently and alongside management to prepare/submit project proposalsAttend client meetings to present project proposals and address client questions relating to cost, design, and scope of workEnsure an accurate and complete project estimates that align with the scope(s) of contracted workManage RFI's, change-orders, and submittals throughout lifecycle of assigned project(s)Manage internal project accounting requirements and track cost status of ongoing project(s)Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teamsManage and address project close-out and/or warranty issues as they ariseQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering5-7 years of experience in HVAC project management; previous experience leading design/build projects strongly preferredAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to internal and external stakeholdersAbility to analyze, think critically, and problem-solveDemonstrated competency in effective negotiation and conflict resolutionFlexibility to travel to client sites nationwide as needed requiredLegal DisclaimerEOE, including disability/vets
