Role Description

Full-Time Registered Nurse Home Health at Allegiant Home Care/Alivia Care, Inc. located in Jacksonville, FL. Allegiant Home Care is serving Duval, Baker, Nassau and Clay counties in FL.


$5000 Sign on Bonus offered for full time RN.


Also, flexible scheduling and competitive visit rates and mileage reimbursement for PRN is available.


As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and individualized nursing care to patients in their homes. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and providing education and emotional support to patients and their families.


Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home health or a similar setting
  • OASIS experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of clinical nursing practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Compassionate and caring attitude
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
