Position Summary: This Senior Manager, Innovation Process and Project Management is responsible for designing and implementing structured innovation processes, including stage gate methodologies, to facilitate the systematic evaluation and advancement of innovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in innovation management, project management, and consumer healthcare, with a proven track record of success in driving innovation initiatives and managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation:

Change Management:

  • cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to execute projects successfully, driving collaboration and alignment across the organization.

Project Management:

  • key priority strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • project plans, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • project performance, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Risk Management:

  • stage gate reviews and decision meetings with key stakeholders to assess progress, make decisions on whether to advance, modify, or terminate projects.
  • with key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of innovation projects and process improvements.
  • decisions are data-driven, transparent, and aligned with business goals based on risk and opportunity profiles.
  • potential risks and obstacles to project success and develop mitigation strategies to address. Proactively monitor progress and corrective actions required to ensure projects stay on track

Improvement:

  • monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the stage gate process.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 8 years of experience in innovation management, project management, or related roles, preferably in the consumer healthcare industry.
  • Understanding of innovation methodologies, stage gate processes, and project management principles (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Track record of successfully leading innovation initiatives and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable..
