In this role, you will lead all aspects of the onsite 2nd shift operation in North Berwick (Parts Center, Modular Assembly, and Aftermarket Operations). You will provide direction and guidance to the 2nd shift team who are responsible for executing the production plans on 2nd shift.What you will do:Drive world-class safety culture is maintained and respond to all EH&S requirements promptlyExecution to manufacturing standard work (MSW) on your shiftCoaching and mentoring both hourly and salary employeesConduct live Tier walks at shift changeover for all businesses.Develop, track and close action items to eliminate production road blocksControl quality, productivity and process flow to meet MRP requirements while ensuring a high level of customer happinessAddress issues and engage the workforce in achieving cell goalsHold employees accountable while maintaining a key working relationshipOwnership of 2nd shift performance for the Site.Travel requirements less than 5%Qualifications you must have:Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7 years of experience.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications we prefer:Manufacturing, Project, or Program management experience preferred.CORE and Lean experience in a manufacturing environmentMRP/SAP experienceThis role is:Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
