You'll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes youbecause when you feel valued, you're empowered to do your best work.Job SummaryThe Construction Project Manager is within the Global Design and Construction team (over 200 people) who deliver over 70 projects globally per year (in excess of $2B capex) supporting ground up construction of new data centers and expansions of existing data centers. Manages Construction project costs, methods, and project team selection to meet project schedules and goals while working in a multi-faceted environment.ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementManages multiple smaller projects or assist with a single larger construction projectAdhere to safety, standards, and culture standardsManage and monitor project progress, quality and compliance with building regulationsEnsuring projects are meeting or exceeding company expectationsOverview and management of project risk registersVendor RelationsDirects external vendors per project comprising general contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers etc.Contributes to establishing and maintaining high value relationshipsContract AdministrationManages contract administration procedures including generation, review, and monitoring of prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents and documentationLiaising with local authorities and relevant State agencies and departments.LeadershipCollaborate with internal and external project team members including internal Design, Procurement, Operations, Commercial and IT/Network support teamsMaintaining best in class policies and proceduresManages project closure, handover and lessons learnt processes are established and implementedQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in construction, construction project management and/or Services engineering or with equivalent experienceTypically have 2-5 years experience in construction project management that will include critical Infrastructure for Datacenter, Pharmaceutical, Bio-tech or similar environmentsThis position will be filled in Silicon Valley/San Francisco metro area. Must be able to be in the office and/or on job sites a minimum of 3 days each weekCustomer focusSelf-motivated and flexibleKnowledge of relevant statutory regulations and industry best practiceExperienced in Construction procurement methodologiesMS Office including MS Project, Excel and Visio skillsThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is:United States - Redwood City Office GHQ: 139,000 - 209,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
