Our solutions are designed and managed to not only reduce costs, but to improve business processes, accelerate response time, improve services to end-users, and give our customers a competitive edge, now and into the future.Position OverviewThe Operations Manager I will provide comprehensive operational support to the HUMINT & Sensitive Activities Directorate within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)). This role requires managing operations, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and supporting the strategic objectives of the directorate.Work Location: Pentagon, Arlington, VAJob Responsibilities and/or Success FactorsOperational Management:Ensure strict adherence to applicable publications, laws, and regulations.Develop and maintain effective quality control programs to ensure services are performed to the highest standards.Security Coordination:Identify and mitigate security incidents, developing response measures for government leadership.Serve as the Program Security Officer (PSO) and subject matter expert for special security and special access program support in SCIF and SAPF environments.Access and Compliance Management:Monitor access to SCIF/SAPF and ensure compliance with physical and administrative security requirements.Coordinate personnel clearance verifications, visit requests, and provide security briefings for visitors and meetings.Program Management:Initiate and coordinate Program Access Requests (PARS) and facilitate Alternate Compensatory Control Measure (ACCM) accesses.Update and maintain classified access management systems of record.Facility and Equipment Coordination:Coordinate facility, equipment, communications, and IT needs specific to SCIF/SAPF requirements.Prepare for and assist during required security inspections.Policy and Procedure Development:Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of DoD and federal interagency operations.Review, monitor, and report the status of action items, activities, and products using the CATMS and JSAP systems.Education and Minimum QualificationsMust be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance.Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a defense or intelligence environment.Experience in managing security operations and special access programs.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in managing classified information and understanding of security protocols.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-stakes environment.AAP StatementWe are proud to be an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer and as such, we evaluate qualified candidates in full consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, disability status, protected veteran status, and any other protected status.
