Communicate any maintenance work orders to maintenance and/or management.Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.Other duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications:Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.Effective oral communication skills.Proactive in solving problems.Physical Requirements:Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time.Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs.
