Premium Billing SpecialistThe Premium Billing Specialist provides front-line support to Select Health Individual members and employer groups by assisting with billing and enrollment inquiries through phone and other communication channels. This role utilizes a general understanding of processes and policy requirements to help collect documentation, guide customers, and ensure accurate data entry in designated systems.
