Nurse Practitioner

Position Details Include:

  • Join a team of 2 physicians specializing in Interventional Pain Management
  • Evaluate patients Post-Procedure and monthly/bi-monthly follow-up appointments for medication management
  • Review imaging and lab results once received and communicate results with supervising provider(s) and patients
  • In office appts, no telehealth at this time
  • Refer patients for appropriate interventional procedures and other external treatment and therapies as needed
  • Provide patient education and documentation of understanding regarding medications, procedures, and interventional pain management
  • Changes in patient's physiological, psychological, and behavioral status are recognized, documented, and managed in collaboration with the Medical Director

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

·        Current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Licensure

·        2 years of pain management experience strongly preferred

Compensation:

·        Base Compensation of $95-125,000 commensurate with experience in specialty

·        Paid Holidays

·        3 weeks Paid Time Off

·        $2,000 CME annual stipend as related to specialty

·        Advanced practice technology, including eClinical Works

·        A positive work-life balance including:

o  4-day work week (10-hour clinical shift)

o  No weekends or major holidays

o  No nights

o  Extended time off typically offered during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Season
