Parts SupervisorCleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Supervisor. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals. Position Summary: Will supervise and schedule shuttle drivers and warehouse employees. Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. Have dedicated interaction with Branch Management, Inventory Control, Information Technology, and Salesforce. Monitor and ensure stated inventory levels. Elevate Customer loyalty. Promote departmental engagement. Safe equipment operation and working environment. Assist management in efficient Contamination Control. Monitor and maintain Drop service vehicles, drops, and vendors. Provide and record employee training, guidance and discipline to guarantee stated process and policy. Use established metrics to provide effective and consistent Parts performance to elevate Customer experience, achieve and maintain a top ten Caterpillar Dealer ranking.Preference given for working knowledge of parts counter process/maintenance of all parts-related reports and documentation including Daily count sheets, cash sales, backorder reports, stock transfers & receipting, core processing, COD's, WMS, Cat Commercial accounting, informing customers of backordered status, and accurate parts order entry.
