As an Entry-Level Recruiter at Phaidon International, you will not only play a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting top talent but will also be a key contributor to our sales efforts with clients.
Job Overview:
Title: Recruitment Consultant
Level: Entry Level
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Playa Vista - Onsite)
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions (Average first year OTE "total earnings" ~$80k)

- Bachelor's Degree
- A track record of a solid work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
