This role is based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that has team members come into the office 3 days a week.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive actionable insights and accountability for all general & administrative expenses
  • Manage the General & Administrative expense forecast process for all departments
  • Own and maintain the salary planning model for employees
  • Own the balance sheet forecast model, ensuring complete and accurate financial modeling
  • Review General & Administrative expenses
  • Lead the Corporate allocations process in partnership with Accounting
  • Lead and develop a small team of finance professionals

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other applicable majors
  • 5+ years of experience providing financial insights and business unit analysis
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Experience managing people and demonstrated ability to set and achieve challenging goals

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative self-starter
  • Strong PC skills including MS Excel, MS Office products
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
