Achieves credit performance and lending risk profiles in comparison with peer lenders, external agency investor requirements, and internal defined performance goals. Establishes and administers credit policies and procedures for specified business channels to ensure compliance with various regulatory, investor, government and corporate requirements. Communicates and reviews memos, guideline changes, credit risk appetite, credit quality and performance with business line, sales and operation groups, and assists with effective execution of policy, process, and procedure for managing credit risks.
