Here, creativity happens naturallywe attract top talent and give them a space to grow and collaborate.Fingerpaint Market Access (FPMA), a Fingerpaint Group company, is seeking an experienced and strategic marketer to support and lead the development and execution of innovative market access (MA) marketing and patient support services (PSS) initiatives for its pharmaceutical and biotech clients.Objectives of This Role:This role offers the opportunity to shape MA marketing strategies for leading pharmaceutical and healthcare brands, working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing solutions in the complex MA landscape.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive market access marketing strategies for clients, focusing on all MA ecosystem stakeholders (e.g., payers, hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), office practice managers, HUBs, specialty pharmacies)Develop access landscape assessments and PSS benchmarking studies to inform strategic recommendations and tacticsCollaborate with clients to develop annual market access brand plans, including strategic initiatives and supporting tacticsDrive and contribute directly to the creation of high-impact marketing materials (e.g., payer value propositions, pre-approval information exchange (PIE) decks, banner ads, brochures, flashcards, formulary kits, patient support collateral)Oversee and participate in the medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) submission (e.g., Veeva) and review process for all collateral material as necessaryManage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisorMonitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring profitability and client satisfactionManage other colleagues, providing guidance and mentorship on project executionSupport business development efforts by identifying opportunities and developing proposalsJob Requirements:6+ years of MA marketing experience in either a pharmaceutical company or MA agency, with a preference for a history of supporting new product launchesDeep understanding of the US healthcare system, payer landscape, and market access dynamicsAbility to translate MA and clinical concepts into clear, compelling narratives and messagesExperience with market research, data analysis, and collateral developmentStrong multitasker with ability to run multiple projects, priorities, and client demandsExcellent leadership, communication, writing, and presentation skillsAbility to travel occasionally for client and internal interactionsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferredFingerpaint Group provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.Don't meet every single requirement?
