They are actively looking to grow their team by bringing on high-potential and motivated individuals looking for an opportunity that can offer long-term/uncapped growth.Job DescriptionManage and oversee all on-site construction activities and staff. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, construction plans, and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction. Prepare and submit daily reports on site activities and project milestones. Inspect work to ensure it meets the established quality standards. Facilitate communication between the construction team and project managers.
