As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming environment. You will conduct regular patrols, assist with access control, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication and professionalism. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the technology and telecommunications location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor for unusual activity and report observations according to established protocols. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns. Assist with access control and verify identification of individuals entering restricted areas as required by site policies. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and observations during the shift. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. CPR and/or first aid experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
