As an Assembler I, you will produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies, working under the guidance of the Chemical Process Supervisor.

You Will:

  • Assemble and test Commercial Softeners/Filters and Reverse Osmosis systems.

  • Complete daily production tasks to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Assemble goods, crate, and package them for shipping.

  • Process raw materials for product assembly.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during manufacturing or assembly.

  • Adapt to new processes and requirements.

  • Perform daily tasks such as 5S housekeeping, safety training, and operate forklifts, power tools, and hand tools.

  • Assist team members and remain flexible in performing other responsibilities.

You Have:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent skill set.

  • Ability to read instructions, Bill of Materials (BOM), and engineering drawings to assemble products.

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English fluently.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
