About this Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Founding Senior Frontend Engineer to join Pinstripe. As a founding member, you will be pivotal in bringing our company's vision to life. Collaborating closely with our co-founders, you will build a platform that redefines real-world shopping. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where your contributions matter and seek immense opportunities for growth and learning, this role is perfect for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Mobile Development: Own the frontend mobile development of our iOS app, making key architectural and design decisions that will lay the foundation for our product.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the leadership and design team to ensure the product is beautiful, functional, and flawless.
  • Recruit and Manage: As we grow, recruit and manage other engineers, becoming a leader within the organization.
  • Innovate and Create: Develop new features and improve existing ones to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our users.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Swift UI
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working in highly entrepreneurial environments with high levels of ambiguity and uncertainty.

Nice to have:

  • Android experience.
