You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Email and SMS on briefing in all creative needs for Email and SMS including daily sends, promotions, new launches, 360 campaigns and automated messages. You will also own reporting and performance evaluation of all campaigns and programs to ensure we are fully optimized and meeting goalsThis position will report to: Senior Manager, Email and SMS MarketingWhat you'll be working on:Support on campaign email and SMS marketing operations and execution including building, scheduling, and deploying daily marketing communications in collaboration with our email and SMS service providerWork closely with the Senior Manager and digital creative and copy teams for email and SMS briefing including creating and editing email content and editing copy for SMS marketingOwn process of gathering and organizing digital assets and uploading into CRM deployment toolQuarterly, audit the email and SMS trigger program and send reports to ensure conversations are operating as expected and creative is up-to-dateParticipate and assist in the planning of email + SMS marketing campaigns; collaborate with DTC, Global, Creative and Product teams on email needs, priorities, and schedulingConduct competitor research around broadcast marketing emails, SMS, automated emails, personalized marketing, loyalty programs, and more to stay current on industry trends and practices and make recommendations to improve the businessPull reports, track, and evaluate results of email and SMS marketing campaigns focusing on KPI metrics including open rate, click through rate, conversion rate, unsub rate, revenue and RPMSummarize findings and provide strategic, actionable recommendations so team could meet/exceed goals and optimize performanceContribute to A/B and multivariate email and SMS testing ideas/plans, segmentation and personalization strategies, list growth plans, and measure effectiveness of campaignsParticipate on calls with agency partners and own follow upsMust haves:Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 2 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketingExperience with Klaviyo preferred, but not requiredStrong quantitative, analytical, and reporting skillsMust be detail-oriented and be able to pivot quickly and effectively prioritize workloadBeauty industry experience preferred, but not requiredStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent writing and proof-reading skillsClear, proactive communicatorSalary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 USDWhy Sol de Janeiro?Competitive salary and bonus programFlexible hybrid work environment with opportunities for collaboration and growthInclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and celebrates individualityThe chance to be part of a fast-growing, award-winning global beauty brandThe information contained herein is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee, as these may change or new ones may be assigned at any time.Sol de Janeiro is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
