Jefferson, NC Schedule / Job Type • Full-time, Days shifts  
Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive nursing care to
mothers and babies in the Labor and Delivery unit. • Assist with
high-acuity, high-risk obstetric cases, ensuring patient safety and
comfort. • Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to signs of fetal
distress. • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate
patient care and procedures. • Support both mother and baby
throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages. • Document
patient progress accurately using Centricity and Meditech Magic
systems.   Required Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of
obstetrical nursing experience. • Valid and current nursing
license. • Certification in ACLS, NRP, AWHONN, and BCLS. • Strong
experience with Fetal Heart Monitoring and high-acuity cases. •
Ability to work independently with autonomy in a small, specialized
unit.   Preferred Experience / Skills • Prior travel nursing
experience preferred. • Experience in a fast-paced, small LDRP
setting. • Flexibility to float to MedSurg, CNA, or administrative
roles as needed. $1908 includes taxable hourly rate plus meals and
