Inside Sales RepresentativeThe Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for maintaining current customer satisfaction with service and sales, and generate new sales/business thru sales initiatives and goals. Provide professional services with product knowledge, problem solving, and order enhancement.Reports to: Inside Sales ManagerMinimum Qualifications:Communication ProficiencyCustomer/Vendor FocusPersonal Effectiveness/CredibilityTechnical CapacityTeamworkDetail-orientedFlexibilityPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, preferredOR equivalent years' experience with Eclipse business softwareTwo years' industry specific experience, preferredWorking Conditions:This job operates in a professional office environment and various warehouse locations and conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoEssential Job Functions:Provides outstanding customer service to all current and potential customers, mainly via telephone and internetWrites orders with accuracy and in accordance to all sales policies and proceduresMaintain current customer baseMeet established monthly sales goalsCommunicates and cooperates with outside sales force and/or other departments for all Frost pertinent activitiesCommunicate process improvement ideasTimely follow-up on all customer orders, quotes, and materialsMaintains up-to-date awareness with new and existing products and servicesCompensation Range: The compensation range for this position is $18 to $24 hourly.Other Compensation: The following additional compensation may be applicable for this position:Profit SharingInsurance - Medical, Dental, Vision Care for full-time positionsDisability InsuranceLife Insurance401(k)Paid Sick LeavePaid HolidaysPaid VacationHealth Savings Account (HSA) and matchingDependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Teledoc
