We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team and oversee projects from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact between clients, crews, subcontractors, and the office team.Lead and manage multiple crews to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.Conduct project walkthroughs with clients, set clear expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.Oversee day-to-day field operations including site readiness, material coordination, and safety compliance.Manage scheduling, documentation, and communication between the field and office.Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide solutions to keep projects moving efficiently.Conduct final walkthroughs, handle punch lists, and manage warranty work as needed.Qualifications3+ years of experience in construction management, site supervision, or hardscape installation.Strong knowledge of construction methods, grading, drainage, and materials.Ability to read blueprints, shoot grades, and manage technical project details.Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.Strong organizational and time management skills; able to oversee multiple projects at once.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.BenefitsSalary range: $55K $60K per yearCompany truck, laptop, and smartphone providedOpportunities for professional growth in a rapidly expanding companySupportive team environment focused on quality, integrity, and communicationAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.
