We are in search of committed healthcare professionals who have successfully completed a nursing program and hold a valid RN/LPN license in Connecticut.

As a Charge Nurse at Parkway Pavilion, your primary responsibility will be to deliver empathetic care to our elderly patient demographic while collaborating closely with a Registered Nurse Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document precise medical histories for patients
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments
  • Observe and assess patients' progress, noting any adverse reactions
  • Monitor patients' overall condition, including fluid intake and output
  • Provide injections, medications, and fundamental medical care
  • Collect specimens for laboratory analysis
  • Oversee the performance of assigned nursing staff
  • Offer emotional and psychological support to patients
  • Engage with patients' families regarding their care
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and patient care coordination
