Summary:


The HR Assistant supports all facets of the Human Resources department, playing a crucial role in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HRIS management. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who have gained preliminary experience through internships in similar environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • in coordinating recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • the onboarding process for new hires and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial practices.
  • maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) and employee records.
  • to HR-related inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • on various HR projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:


  • degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • internship experience in a Human Resources role is highly preferred.
  • organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
  • in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with HRIS platforms.
  • to handle confidential information with discretion.
