Full-Time, 45 hours per week Monday to Friday - 8am to 12pm PST and 2pm to 6pm PST Saturday 8am to 1pm PST every other Saturday, alternating with the other Virtual Receptionist Responsibilities Responding to incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments. Taking accurate messages and forwarding them to the relevant personnel in a timely manner. Managing calendars and scheduling appointments or virtual meetings for team members. Offering basic information about the organization's products, services, or policies to callers or virtual visitors. Offering general virtual assistance to employees and clients, such as helping with virtual document sharing or guiding them through virtual tools and platforms. Teachable as some other responsibilities will be on-the-job trained. Requirements Bilingual (English and Spanish) written and verbal. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A customer-centric approach with the ability to provide excellent virtual customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Familiarity with virtual communication tools, video conferencing platforms, and virtual office software. Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and appointments efficiently. Quick thinking and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues that may arise during virtual interactions.
