We are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to support LU-VE Plant Division in Jacksonville, Texas, United States. In your role you will report to the Vice President of Sales - Cooling Systems and you will be based out of Jacksonville, Texas or remote.


Mission of the role


As a Commercial Refrigeration Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of LU-VE sales engineers and self to win business from OEM’s, Distributors, Contractors/Wholesalers, and end-users. The candidate will oversee sales activities and carry out sales plans according to the group strategy and vision.



You will be in charge of


  • Identifying market / customer requirements and specifics, developing and executing the strategies and tactics for growth of profitable orders in North America


  • Establish new and maintain existing relationships with customers


  • Visiting customers to develop, monitor and manage opportunities


  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance to customers


  • Drive creative solutions to minimize the importance of price and maximize the differentiated values of product


  • Support accounts receivables to ensure customer payments and participate in developing credit terms as needed.


  • Participate in the annual budget setting process and be able to comment on relative prospects


  • Ethically report regularly on market trends, competition strategies and customer behaviors which may affect business strategies and on quotation & project potential



Education & Experience we are looking for


  • Technical education or bachelor’s engineering degree
  • At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Sales and Business Development in in commercial refrigeration.




Qualifications we are looking for


  • Availability to travel 30% to 50%
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
  • Knowledge of MS-office/O365 (specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English. Spanish or Italian are a plus.
  • Heat Transfer knowledge, specifically for refrigeration systems
  • Proactivity & self-starting | Entrepreneurial mentality
  • Team player
  • Customer-oriented person
