The growth potential and my colleagues make this a wonderful workplace" Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute care settings Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions Monitor vital signs accurately Maintain a clean and safe environment through proper sanitation practices Assist residents with personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and other daily activities Reposition and transport residents as needed Facilitate communication between staff, residents, and families Engage with residents and address their needs actively Follow care plans and comply with regulations and policies Qualifications: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania Sound knowledge of nursing procedures and clinical terms Attention to detail with strong communication skills Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Ready to Prioritize Your Career and Life?
