As a Partner, you will lead this mission, helping organizations realize the full value of their Health and Safety investments while linking these efforts to broader ESG goals.What Your Impact IsShape ERM's strategic direction as a Partner and equity owner.Drive growth by expanding ERM's Health and Safety service offering across North America.Influence industry standards through thought leadership and innovative solutions.Build and nurture executive-level client relationships in technology, power, and manufacturing sectors.Recruit, mentor, and develop the next generation of Health and Safety leaders.Deliver world-class consulting services that transform Health and Safety culture and performance.What You'll BringRequiredBachelor's or master's degree in health and safety, engineering, science, or related discipline.15+ years of progressive Health and Safety leadership experience, including consulting and industrial sector expertise.Proven ability to design and deliver transformative EHS programs.Strong business development skills with a track record of winning and growing major accounts.Executive presence and ability to engage at the C-suite level.Business acumen to understand business risk and challenges and recognize corporate opportunities.Demonstrable track record in delivering multimillion dollar sales results annually, including successfully winning large and strategic projects.
