As a Partner, you will lead this mission, helping organizations realize the full value of their Health and Safety investments while linking these efforts to broader ESG goals.What Your Impact IsShape ERM's strategic direction as a Partner and equity owner.Drive growth by expanding ERM's Health and Safety service offering across North America.Influence industry standards through thought leadership and innovative solutions.Build and nurture executive-level client relationships in technology, power, and manufacturing sectors.Recruit, mentor, and develop the next generation of Health and Safety leaders.Deliver world-class consulting services that transform Health and Safety culture and performance.What You'll BringRequiredBachelor's or master's degree in health and safety, engineering, science, or related discipline.15+ years of progressive Health and Safety leadership experience, including consulting and industrial sector expertise.Proven ability to design and deliver transformative EHS programs.Strong business development skills with a track record of winning and growing major accounts.Executive presence and ability to engage at the C-suite level.Business acumen to understand business risk and challenges and recognize corporate opportunities.Demonstrable track record in delivering multimillion dollar sales results annually, including successfully winning large and strategic projects. Offer recognized technical expertise and an established reputation in the local marketplace.PreferredDeep understanding of technology and/or power sectors; experience in oil & gas, chemical, mining, or manufacturing is a plus.Expertise in ESG integration and sustainability strategies.Experience leading large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.Certification in field; CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar registration desired.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute commercial strategies to drive significant revenue growth.Lead client engagements across Health and Safety compliance, leadership training, risk management, and cultural transformation.Provide strategic consulting advice and deliver exceptional value to clients.Manage proposal development, pricing, and contracting for major opportunities.Oversee project delivery, ensuring financial targets, timelines, and client satisfaction.Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.Contribute to ERM's global Health and Safety initiative and thought leadership.Why ERM?Equity ownership with meaningful financial and intangible rewards.A seat at the table for strategic decisions shaping ERM's future.The ability to extend ERM's market reach through your network and expertise.A platform to influence global sustainability and Health and Safety practices.
