Your role involves deeper engagement with clients and more responsibility in setting and negotiating terms. You will significantly contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue growth./ppResponsibilities:/pulliIdentify and develop new business opportunities within assigned market./liliEngage with clients to understand their needs and align them with the organizations offerings./liliPrepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations./liliNegotiate product/service terms with moderate authority./liliMaintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales metrics./liliFollow up on leads and convert them into sales./liliManage customer accounts and ensure their satisfaction./liliCollaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and issues./liliAssist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports./liliParticipate in developing strategies to achieve sales targets./lipSkills Experience:/pulli5+ years experience in a legal field sales role/liliCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills./liliCustomer Service: Understanding of principles and practices for effective customer service./liliProduct Knowledge: Familiarity with the organizations products or services./liliSales Strategy: Ability to engage in moderate negotiation and sales tactics./liliCRM Software: Proficient use of Customer Relationship Management tools./liliProblem-Solving: Capability to resolve moderately complex customer issues./liliOrganization: Strong organizational and time-management skills./liliAnalytical Skills: Basic analytics for tracking performance and metrics./li/ulpApplicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
