Job Summary This role is responsible for the analysis, support and development of the Off-Net and Enterprise Broadband product portfolios. Part of the wider Connectivity Management team and reporting to the Senior Product Manager of Partner and Enterprise Solutions, this specialist will drive product success through initiatives that span sales, operations, divisional and technology partners and other cross-functional teams. The role will support the Product Manager by helping to expand options available to customers via new product introductions and system enhancements. Focus is on both the operational simplification and long-term evolution of the products within the Enterprise offerings. With the assistance of your leader, the Specialist is expected to manage, plan and track all aspects of several programs while creating process and system requirement documents and implementing these improvements when approved. The Specialist will be able to work with moderate guidance based on their knowledge of the products and processes, while ensuring high quality delivery and execution excellence. Job Description Core Responsibilities Representing the Connectivity team, products, and respective programs to the broader Comcast Business organization. Managing several programs simultaneously, maintaining the overall timelines, goals, and success criteria and tracking progress. Driving decision-making through identifying issues, gaining a 360-degree view of the problem, and recommending a solution to the team Developing relationships cross-functionally across the entire product lifecycle (system development through customer care). Creating reports as needed to track success and revenue of product portfolio Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, both virtually and in-person Facilitating cross-functional discussions to gain alignment on process changes and improvements, helping arrive at mutually beneficial decisions. Communicating program updates via email, PowerPoint, and live presentations to all level of stakeholders. Consistent exercise of independent and collaborative judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Preferred Experience 2-5 years of telecom, product or program management experience. Regular communication of projects / programs / initiatives across levels in a professional manner. Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite.
