Job Title: Bilingual Art Director - Cause Marketing Agency
Location: Denver, Colorado (hybrid)

As a bilingual Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of these campaigns and communicating their messages effectively to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design compelling visual assets for cause marketing campaigns across various mediums including digital, print, social media, and experiential activations.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, including copywriters, designers, and account managers, to develop creative solutions that align with the client's objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to campaign development, ensuring that all creative executions effectively communicate the client's mission and values.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Provide art direction and guidance to designers and other team members, ensuring that all work meets the agency's high standards of quality and creativity.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in cause marketing, design, and advertising, and incorporate relevant insights into your work.
- Present creative concepts and designs to clients, articulating the rationale behind your ideas and incorporating feedback to refine and improve the work.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages (written and verbal).
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in cause marketing, demonstrating a deep understanding of how design can be used to drive social impact and change behavior.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools, with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas with clarity and confidence.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for using design to address social and environmental issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish is a big plus, as it will enable you to connect more deeply with Spanish-speaking communities and clients.
